What is Site Management?
Site Management is a monthly plan from Beyond Web Development that covers WordPress hosting on WP Engine, SSL, updates, daily backups, security monitoring and monthly site edits for one fee. Plans start at $100 per month.
Is support included in Site Management?
Yes. Every Site Management plan includes ongoing help desk support. You contact Aniekan, the founder who built your site, directly with questions, problems or change requests, and get help from someone who already knows your project.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Once your build is paid in full, the site, content and domain are yours. If you ever leave, we’ll give you a full backup and help you move.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days notice. There’s no long-term contract.
What counts as an edit versus a new project?
Edits change something that’s already there: text, photos, links, staff, hours. Additions create something new: a page, a section, a feature, a redesign. Additions get a written quote first.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We’ll review the site, move it to WP Engine, update everything and fix what’s broken. If it needs more than a cleanup, we’ll tell you up front. Onboarding fees may apply.
Do you only work in Chandler?
We’re based in Chandler and work with businesses across the Phoenix Valley and Arizona. Because everything happens online, we also manage sites for clients across the US.
Is my site safe on your hosting?
No host can promise a site will never have a problem. That’s why every plan includes daily backups, security monitoring, login protection and prompt updates, so if something goes wrong we can fix it and restore the site quickly.
